Students successful at the ABMA Business Management Diploma Level 4 (RQF) can progress to Level 5 and Level 6. Upon the successful completion of the ABMA Diploma Level 6 you can gain immediate entry into the final year of the BA (Hons)in Business Administration.
Structure
There are three stages/levels of the ABMA Programme. See below:

Mandatory Units - Level 4
Unit 1: Introduction to Business Skills
1.1. Apply basic research skills to the investigation of a given subject.

Unit 2: Organisational Design

2.4. Analyse the impact of culture, ethics, and technology on organisational design.
Unit 3: Leadership and Management
3.1. Analyse the role of leadership and management.
3.2. Evaluate the impact of leaders and managers on individual and team behaviour.
3.3. Evaluate the application of leadership and management at operational and organisational levels.
3.4. Analyse the impact of structures, authority, and systems on contemporary leadership and management.
Unit 4: Organisational Behaviour
4.1. Analyse the theories and concepts of organisational behaviour.
4.2. Evaluate ways to effectively cooperate with others in different contexts.
4.3. Analyse the relationship between organisational design and organisational behaviour.
4.4. Analyse the impact of organisational politics and power on people’s behaviour.
Unit 5: Accounting and Finance
5.1. Analyse organisational requirements for financial and accounting management.
5.2. Evaluate sources of finance for different organisational needs.
5.3. Analyse the financial and accounting implications of trading internationally.
5.4. Apply financial techniques to develop and implement a budget for a major project or programme of work.
Unit 6: Introduction to Economics
6.1. Analyse how economic factors impact business operations.
6.2. Apply the principles of macro and microeconomics to business operations.
6.3. Evaluate the effect of different market operations on organisations.
6.4. Analyse how patterns in world trade impact business operations.
You must complete all six mandatory units to be awarded this qualification.

Eligibility Criteria
Age: Applicants must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
Educational Background: While there is no strict formal qualification requirement, it is recommended that applicants have a minimum of 2 GCSEs or equivalent qualifications. Alternatively, candidates with relevant work experience in a business or management role may be considered for admission.
English Language Proficiency: Non-native English speakers are required to demonstrate proficiency in English. Typically, this is evidenced through a recognized English language qualification, such as an IELTS score of 5.5 or equivalent.
Experience: Prior work experience in business or management is not mandatory but may be beneficial for understanding the course content and making the learning experience more relevant.
Schedule
The accelerated learning model allows students to achieve their qualifications in the shortest possible time. This has become popular amongst many undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Westminster Law School will be delivering the ABMA RQF programme using the accelerated model of 3 semesters per year, with each semester running for a duration of 3 months.
This allows students to finish a level in as little as 6 months (2 semesters). For students who wish to progress at a slower pace, the semester system allows them the flexibility to study just one unit at a time and finish a level in 18 months.
